Enamelware dates back to the ancient egyptians and roman times, and has been popular in the manufacture of household items such as kitchenware since the 19th Century.
Our collection of enamel kitchenware is handmade in Romania, with the enamelware surface being applied by hand.
This small white enamel Jug has a 1 litre capacity, and is perfect for serving water at the table or for storing pens.
A white colour, which features a black trim on the top and bottom of the jug. Internal colour is white also.
Dimensions: 14.5cm high x 17.5cm wide (from spout to handle). The diameter of the base is 12.5cm.
We also have a 4 litre and 2 litre red enamel jugs in our collection.
Please note: Minor surface irregularities and unfinished edges are a normal result of the metalworking and enamelling process. It is not recommended to leave water sitting in the bottom of the jug for extended periods. Simply empty and dry after each use.
