These amazing original antique Mason preserving jars have survived many years of use in the kitchen.
Dating back to somewhere between the 1880's - 1930's, these beautiful relics of a time gone by retain an endearing patina of age and nostalgia.
The stunning blue tinted glass features an embossed description of the jar - "Ball - Perfect Mason" in a beautiful period font.
The original zinc lid still screws on securely, however we would suggest using these jars for display or decoration these days!
We only have a limited number of these available in such excellent vintage condition!
Please note: obvious signs of age are evident, particularly on the zinc lids, but we believe this only adds to their charm! The colours vary from green through to a sea blue - each batch had a different tone. Some may be a slightly different shape with a more round top profile.
